- Doctor posts your certificate, and sends you a copy via email
If the Doctor needs to ask you further questions before he issues the certificate, he will contact you.
If you lose your certificate you can download a copy online.

What if the Doctor needs to ask me more questions?
If the Doctor needs to ask you further questions before he issues the certificate, he will contact you, via email or telephone.
Do I have to pay if the Doctor can't issue a certificate?
No you don't. If the Doctor feels you are not fit enough for the event, he will notify you via email and you will not be charged for the service.
What if i lose my certificate?
You will be issued with a User ID and you can log on and download a copy of your certificate.
What if I lose my password?
You can request your password to be reset
